For as far back as I can remember, design has always been a part of my life. I have always enjoyed planning and executing events for myself, friends and family. My mother is a self-taught seamstress and growing up I watched in awe as she created unique statement pieces to dress herself, her children and friends. I guess its safe to say my creative niche comes from her. From school projects to interior design at home- I find joy in thinking outside the box and pulling together breathtaking concepts. I studied psychology and social work which has opened doors for me to work with different cultures in our society. This is knowledge that I am grateful for and find very useful in the event planning realm. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling with my family. Outside of planning, I am sure to still be engaged in some sort of arts and craft activity or home improvement project.
